چکیده

Plans for land and water management in the Tumkur district of Karnataka's Halayapura micro-watershed were created using geospatial tools. The examination morphological traits a employed Arc GIS software. According to current study, drainage system had dendritic design with trunk order 4. has maximum area 503 ha, length 4.40 km, width 2.20 km. bifurcation ratio mean value 2.5. It shows that there have been less structural disturbances micro-watershed. region permeable subsurface material, according density 0.851 is becoming closer watershed's elongated shape, form factor value. groundwater can be used 41.7 mm (70% expected recharge 59.6 mm), was discovered 7%. This indicates 256.0 total accessible resource, which includes soil moisture store, utilisable runoff, recharge. Currently, 19.4% usable runoff being used, harvesting conservation buildings are encouraging 9% extra water.
